Frank Polotzola

Melville - Funeral services for Frank Stafford Polotzola will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in the Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home in Melville.  Reverend Allan Myers will conduct the services.  Burial will follow at the Baptist Cemetery in Melville, La.

Visitation will be held in the Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home in Melville from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Mr. Frank Stafford Polotzola, age 57, on Monday, May 10, 2021.

Frank enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, fishing and working in his yard.  Mostly, he enjoyed spending quality time with his grandkids.  Frank will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his son, Ernest Ray Polotzola and companion, Tara; his daughter, Jayme Lee Polotzola Johnson and husband, Joshua; his brother, Louis Polotzola and wife, Cindy and his sisters, Lottie Polotzola Beebe and husband, Joseph Pearson and Mary Polotzola Morain and husband, Bennett.  He is also survived by seven grandchildren, Dubby, NeNe, Jaylee, Tati, Bentley, Casen and Luke.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Dana Ricker Polotzola; his parents, Dommick Polotzola and Betty Dukes Polotzola Wyble; his step-father, Ernest Wyble; his siblings, James Lee Thibodeaux, Dommie Polotzola, Mikell Polotzola, Joseph Polotzola, Stephen D. Polotzola, Sara Goudeau, Tena Jordan and Catherine Marcotte.

Pallbearers will be Joshua Johnson, Whitney Dwayne Coleman, Jr., Ernest Ray Polotzola, Kion Dixon, Michael Duplechain, Sr. and Aaron Ellis.  Honorary pallbearers will be Joseph Pearson, Louis Polotzola, Bentley Polotzola, Brandon Morain and Bennett Morain.
