Krotz Springs – A Mass of Christian Burial for Betty Wyble will be held on Friday, July 2, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in the St. Anthony Catholic Church in Krotz Springs. The interment will be in the church cemetery. Father Mark Ledoux will conduct the services.

Ms. Wyble, age75, a resident of Krotz Springs, died on Thursday, July 1, 2010, at her residence.

She is survived by her sons, Louis Polotzola and wife, Cindy; Dommie Polotzola and wife, Angie; Frank Polotzola and wife, Dana; John Mikell Polotzola and wife, Judy, all of Krotz Springs, La.; her step-son, Joseph Polotzola of Melville, La.; her daughters, Mary Morain and husband, Bennett, of Palmetto, La.; Lottie Beebe and husband, Rick, of Breaux Bridge, La.; her step-daughters, Catherine “Tina” Jordan and Catherine “Sister” Marcotte both of Melville, La.; her brother, Judd Dukes of Erwinville, La. and her sister, Eliza Lejeune of Opelousas, La.; her godparents, Loretta Kaiser and E.J. Fitzgerald. She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren: Bambi, Brad, Daphne, Jasmin, Earnest Ray, Jayme, Michael Scott, Shane, Randy, Walter, Brandon, Tony, Jeremy, Chris, Holly and 25 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Dominic Polotzola; her second husband, Earnest Wyble; her son, James “Jimmy” Thibodeaux and her three sisters, Bertha Higdon, Irene Rouse and Gladys Lovert.

The family would like to thank our mother’s caregivers: Sandra Franklin, Nellie Devillier and Mildred Jones for all of their hard work and dedication.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 1, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and will reopen on Friday at 8:00 a.m. A rosary will be recited on Thursday at 6:30 p.m.
